I've Registered, Now What?

Thank you for registering with the Ingersoll Soccer Club for the 2025 House League season!

As a club, we are currently working hard to organize this year's season as well as make teams and assign coaches! We appreciate your patience during this time. We understand the lull between registration and the start of the season and would like to keep our members updated with what is going on!

Coaches will be given information about their teams, given their uniforms, schedules, and equipment in April. If you signed up to be a coach, be on the look out for emails about important dates!

Coaches will be contacting you to hand out uniforms and schedules 1 week before the season begins. Please be patient with your child's coach and remember they are volunteers who make all of this possible!

Please ensure your child has well-fitting shin guards before the start of the season.

Ontario Soccer Association | Match Official Anti-bullying

The majority of our club's match officials are players themselves. We strive to provide an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for them to thrive in. Please help our club provide such an environment by adhering to the regulations above.

On or off the fields, the Ingersoll Soccer Club Executive would like to remind all spectators, parents, coaches, and players that our club is a bully-free zone. Any verbal or physical abuse, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated.

Our referees are children or young-adults, but are given a position of power and are in charge of the field. No referee, no game.

Our coaches are volunteers who make this season possible. Our executive members are also volunteers.

If you have complaints, please go through formal channels by emailing our President at president@ingersollsoccerclub.com.

My child was placed on a waitlist, now what?

We are working hard on finding a place for every child and eliminating our waitlists. Please be patient while we do this. If your child is placed on a team, we will contact you to arrange payment and explain the next steps. This process can take up until the start of the season in May. We ask parents to wait patiently until this time.

What is Soccer Saturday?

Soccer Saturday is Saturday, June 7, 2025. Soccer Saturday is a day packed full of fun where your child gets a team photo taken before their game, and afterwards get lunch provided.

During this event, there is an opportunity for parents to purchase individual photos through the photography company themselves which will also be distributed during the closing tournament. There will be a separate tent set up for parents to get information regarding individual photographs.

All photos that are taken on this day will be distributed during the Closing Tournament in August (planned for the week of August 5 - 9).

What are Academy Coaches?

During the first few weeks of the season, we bring in two professional coaches to come help provide ideas to our all coaches, teams, and age groups about drills, skill building games, and ways to help build our player's skills while enjoying the season! This is our gift to you! If you signed up to be a coach, you will be receiving more information about this closer to the season start!
